Today, we're diving into our relationship with food.
Time and time again I see people label food as 'fuel' & quite frankly I disagree with this. To me food is nourishment. It tells your body to turn healing on or off again & seeing it only as fuel...lends itself to shovelling a wrap into you at lunchtime while you sit at your desk...
It's lacking intentionality...& this is why so many people can't digest their food..because they completed disregard the role their nervous system plays in it all.
We're also chatting food fear, for those of you who have developed a poor relationship with food because everything triggers your bloat.
