Happy New Years Everyone! We are now back for 2024, hoping everyone is safe and sound from their Xmas break.
For our 200th episode, Minh, Debbie, Matt and Heather reflect on our past year 2023, and the impacts of the NDIS Review, the Disability Royal Commission and the SDA Pricing Review on the SDA property market. They chat about how much the industry has changed over the past 2 years, and how that in turn has changed how NDIS Property Australia operated as a small business, now turning into a larger organisation with much more staff members.
More specifically, they discuss the growth of the SDA Housing Podcast over the last 2 years, and the information and ideas being discussed, along with the amazing guest speakers who have been on the show this past year. We are looking forward to an exciting 2024, as we bring on several new staff (making it around 20 total) into our business to start the year, and have them contribute towards our SDA advisory service across Australia.
