In our 9th episode, we go international and try green Pandan Bread of Singapore.  We learn so much from our wonderful guest Priscilla Mok, a friend of our Host Ande the Elf, who is actually not vegan!  The discussion between these two is hilarious and  rich with serious wisdom and thought.  You will be smiling the whole time while learning so many things... What Priscilla suggests to do with the Pekin Duck is fascinating.  Her foraging spirit comes to life as she harvests blueberries in the Red River Gorge of Kentucky.  When you hear steamboat you may think of harpooned worms and chipmunks instead of old paddle boats on the Mississippi river. Either way you will wish Priscilla Mok was coming over to make dinner with you!!!  Anything could happen!
