This week we learn the truth that G-d will not "save" everyone and that we are all stakeholders in the process of salvation. Punishment for those who choose to rebel against G-d's instructions/laws is a reality that can be avoided if we will only learn what He expects of us in our relationship to our fellow man and G-d and follow His instructions out of love. Simply professing that we believe will mean nothing without an active lifestyle that reflects obedience to G-d's Commands/Law/instructions.
