Many people ask 'how do I get started?'.
Well, everyone has to start somewhere and I believe that the beginning part is the most beautiful part of someone's property career. At no other time will someone learn as much as they do at the beginning and during their deal.
In this episode I spend some time discussing our first deal, the challenges of getting started, how nothing happens without taking the bull by the horns and just how satisfying it can be from a personal development perspective.
You'll notice some tips and tricks which pop into my head as we go through but overall I hope to get across the message that its ok to feel unsure and out of your depth, but be true to yourself, be natural and enjoy the ride.
