We certainly have and do at times and we find that movement is the number one way in which you can easily change how you are feeling. When you go for a walk and move your body you have time to think as you move out of the situation and eventually the feelings that you are feeling in the moment. Become aware that feeling stuck is in fact a feeling and not permanent feelings can change just as the wind can change direction. Sometimes you may be feeling exhausted or burnt our and you just need to take a break and be kind to yourself. Enjoying something different in your day or to organise something in your week that makes you feel good.
