To bring certain behaviors into your awareness, write down the thoughts that come up during a quiet meditation session. It’s important to bring these thoughts into awareness to make changes. Continuously doing so will help you figure out what you like and don’t like about your current personality—then you can start to recreate it. Tune in next week because I will teach you how to replace these thoughts with other thoughts that are more aligned with who you want to become.
