Last week we talked about being aware of your thoughts in and out of meditation. We talked about the importance of bringing these thoughts into awareness to make change. In this week’s episode, we talk about the behaviors. What are your actions in certain situations or in your daily life? Are you aware of your behaviors, or do they surprise you? My call to action for this week is to be aware of your behavior, write them down, and just notice.
