Yes, you need to take time from your busy schedule to pause, sit down, tune in, and be mindful of your sensations. In this episode, I share with you what I do as soon as I notice a pit in my stomach, a tightness in my chest, or a burning sensation in my throat. I also talk about how journaling helps me understand these sensations and make sense of them.
