Lorene Roberts speaks to the inspirational Kim Townsend on this weeks episode of WOW Love Light Inspire the podcast and we discuss all things authentic, vulnerability and how to be exactly that especially with the changes in life as we age and how nowadays we are often the sandwich generation. Todays challenges often has us going between guilt and shame while managing the stress we live with.
Kim is the author of the book Elevate Your Results. A courageous woman of integrity with a huge heart, who can live life to the fullest, she is a compassionate inspired daughter, a grounded calm supportive mum, and has a very wise yet playful manner.
Kim is a maverick who loves to be creativity and enjoys adventure and travel. In this episode she will be sharing a variety of skills, different ideas and her thoughts on authenticity and why and how we behave in our own life so we can learn from this, hopefully changing our behaviour so we can achieve the results we desire. She also speaks about how having authentic communication with others develops meaningful real connections which is so important to us all in our lives, rather than the fake social media relationships we now develop.
