Sarah Cannata is an Embodied Processing Practitioner (a bottom-up approach to working with trauma) and facilitates healing through writing sessions. 

Through Storytelling for the Soul, Sarah helps women who have spent their lives worrying about their weight, the scale, their bodies and food. Her one-on-one sessions help people to regulate their nervous system so they can feel more comfortable in their own skin again.

Sarah has a Bachelor of Journalism and has worked in Communications since 2009. She also has a Trauma-Informed Coaching Certificate and is a certified Mental Health First Aider through Mental Health First Aid Australia.
