As a parent, it can be hard to know how much sugar is too much for children to consume on a daily basis. In this episode, Danielle looks at how much sugar—specifically added sugar—is considered too much in a day, and gives some practical strategies to continue enjoying favorite foods while being mindful of sugar intake.
