Kyla Morrison, who has a portfolio career across the mining sector, is the General manager for Mets Ignited - the industry growth centre for technology, and mining equipment. 

She also runs her own leadership company and is a non-executive director. 

We speak about; 

• her vast experience in the oil and gas industry, and working offshore

• We speak about how leadership has changed from a command and control way of leadership, to ensuring that you are instead engaging your workforce through an impactful and powerful why, and empowering them, and ensuring that the values are aligned.

I really wanted to have Kyla on the podcast because when I met her, you could see a groundedness, her kindness and her abundant way that she is able to connect small business with large business and see the growth and the culture change. 

Kylah really lives within integrity in the way that she shows up. 

Kylah lived and worked in the regional areas of Australia in the Pilbara for nine years, and has experience working with all different kinds of people, and all different sizes of businesses. 

One of the key points in her journey that we spoke about on the podcast was her ability to see that after other people started backing her ability to finally back herself, it changed the trajectory of her life and her role in leadership.
