The secret to change is focusing all of your energy and intention, not on fighting the old, but on building the new. To start and don't stop. Start with fear. Start with hands shaking, voice trembling. Where you are headed in life will require a lighter load, so if you are brave enough to say goodbye to what was, life will reward you with a new hello as you continue to let go and release all that no longer serves you. Start where you are, with what you have. Decide here and now. Sometimes, what you're most afraid of doing is the very thing that will set you free. Everything starts with you.
