In the intuitive eating space, we often hear that weight loss isn’t the goal—and in many ways, that’s true. But there’s a nuance here that’s sometimes overlooked. It’s easy for the message to come across as judgment toward those who do desire intentional weight loss, and that’s not what I believe we should be doing.
