Description

Romans 8 is one of the most encouraging and powerful chapters in all of the Bible for believers. It begins with "no condemnation", it ends with "no separation", and is filled with our "adoption as God's children". In this fourth sermon, we learn that God is actively working for us, choosing us, defending, and protecting us.

The Spirit of FOREVER

1. God is  WORKING for you. (v28)

• Truth #1: God defines good, not us. 
• Truth #2: Nothing will touch our lives that is not under the ultimate control and sovereignty of God

2. God is  CHOOSING you. (v29-30)

• God’s Powerful Hand
  • Foreknew
  • Predestined
  • Called
  • Justified
  • Glorified

3. God is DEFENDING you. (v31-34)

4. God is PROTECTING you. (v35-39)
