Can we agree as a people that we just don't know how to rest well? When God gave the Hebrew people the command to rest (Sabbath) He was both giving them something they never experienced in captivity and also protecting them from their own over-crowded calendars. This old commandment is still helpful for us today. Remember the Sabbath, and keep it holy.
