"But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times." Micah 5:2In part 3 of the Dilly! series we stopped to answer the question "Why Bethlehem?". It was no remarkable place for the Son of God to be born. It was small and certainly not the center of attention in the ancient world. Yet, God chose Bethlehem to bring about His most remarkable plan of redemption for the world. That plan reveals to all of us the true humility and grace of God, that He chooses to use the small and ordinary to bring about His extraordinary grace and love!
