Jesus is the hero of the Bible because he defeats the thief who came to steal, kill, and destroy. Jesus can be the hero of your story too. Jesus was fully alive with intimacy. He was fully alive with influence. The ultimate example of this was while hanging on the cross. By choosing the cross and choosing suffering Jesus chose you! Jesus used his influence not to save himself from the cross, rather he used it to save you because you are lovable.
