Do you remember going through Puberty and the first time you had intercourse? It was either a memory of great feelings or what have I done?
Going through puberty and falling in love is great, but it can casue some issues in life that young adults just don't know how to deal with. Hopefully you will be open minded and remember what you were doing as a young adult. I hope that this reminds you that you aren't the only parent going through changes with you kids.
