I lived most of my life before I learned officially I was most likely an empath.  Reading about it, talking to others about it, it seems that I am an empath.  What does mean?  I will break that down in this episode.  And how do I process the kinds of events that challenge, if you will, an empath, and our sanity.  I'll explore that for you, and talk about protecting my heart and my energy. 

Dealing with loss and upsetting events is something we all deal with, whether or not we are empaths.  I hope you'll find value in what I share.
