In my trailer and my promotional materials, I've talked about this podcast, and how I will explore topics for those of us who feel like we didn't get the how-to brochure on life. Here is the brochure, or at least part of the brochure on loneliness.
It is maybe a common belief among people that only children are more lonely than those with siblings. But I would argue that this is not always the case. I don't remember suffering greatly from loneliness on a regular basis. I figured out things to do. But sure, yes, I've experienced loneliness in my life.
