Last week's episode - The Brochure on Ambivalent Mother's Days - was one of my most popular recently. I was surprised since honoring and respecting your mother while staying positive and overlooking the negative is definitely at thing. It seems like negativity and showing that negativity have no place where mothers are concerned. I get it. Mothers give us life. But that doesn't mean that our relationship with our mothers is easy, or uncomplicated, or ever really completely understood. At least for some of us. This week, I take a look at some of our favorite or best mother characters and then attempt to define the "perfect" mother. What is the perfect mother, after all?
