To improve yourself, you need to hear things you don't want to hear.

What if you started preparing yourself before receiving feedback, criticism, or getting into an argument?

Listen to this episode to learn how to prepare yourself for constructive criticism effectively.

The four questions to ask before agreeing:

  1. Is this objectively true or false or is it a person's opinion?
  2. Who said it?
  3. Is the person's opinion of any value to you?
  4. Is he an honest or a prejudiced critic? Are his beliefs causing him to see it that way?

These questions are helpful when someone is criticizing you, upset with you, or if you feel pressure to agree or do things their way.
