Mental Fitness. I found this a really easy book to read and read a chapter a night over a two-week time frame.  I read lots of books, but there are so many important messages in this book that I think need to get out into society so for anyone who doesn’t like to read or who can’t and who doesn’t want to listen to the book being read then I have put together a brief synopsis on each chapter and listed the Lessons that Ant Middleton puts a key points at the end of each chapter.
