This week I am taking a break from telling the story of my journey last year, to tell you about my first 5k run. This time last year I was only able to run between 3 lamp posts so to be able to run 5k is a massive achievement. So for anyone thinking of doing a 5k run here is what happens and how mine went, to hopefully encourage you to enter one yourself.
