Welcome to this Yoga Nidra for Self Love practice. In this 24-minute guided meditation, you will melt into relaxation while simultaneously working to make shifts in the subtle bodies and subconscious mind.

This yoga nidra for self-love is a heart-centered meditation that helps you focus on your heart chakra as well as use a powerful Sankalpa (positive intention) to help you start to rewire the brain for self-love and self-acceptance.

Doing this practice with a focus on self-love as your intention repeatedly will not only help you de-stress, feel calmer and more joyful but also begin to increase your self-love and acceptance over time.

You will also experience connecting with your authentic self, abiding in the Universal connection you have to love at all times.

Yoga nidra is an effortless guided meditation that takes you quickly into a state of deep relaxation. You will find in these deep states of relaxation the mind is subtly aware and the body has moved into deep healing states of sleep.

Your brain waves slow down as you enter into the states of rest and deep healing from dropping into the nervous system that allows you to replenish and restore your mind, body, and soul.


đź’¤ To Prepare for Your Deep Rest During Your Yoga Nidra Practice:
✔️You will need to be in a comfortable position. Traditionally yoga nidra is practiced lying down in savasana, but if that isn’t available to you just find a position that feels good and safe for your body.
✔️Have props to support your body like bed or couch pillows, a blanket and possibly an eye covering to block out light.
✔️Affirm to yourself before starting that rest is your birthright and not something you need to earn.
