From growing up in Turin, north-west of Italy through to doing anthropological researches in Cuba and in the north of Australia before choosing to settle down in the beautiful winterless North, Cecilia has a truly fascinating story to share with us. Her journey through her schooling to discovering her artistic expression later on in life and meeting her painting teacher in Whangarei, Californian-born tonalist painter Michael F. McCarthy.
