Today we often hear people claiming to have "imposter syndrome." If you haven't heard of it, it's when someone doesn't feel competent or confident despite what they have achieved. They do not feel the sweetness of success because they are waiting for "the other shoe to drop," so to speak. To be found fraudulent or fully inadequate.

There is an antidote, which is to lean into self-reflection, really defining who you feel you are. This takes time, asking yourself many reflective questions requiring authentic answers. The result should be exhilarating. You will know when the true "you" arises.

Thanks for listening!
