"Deadpool" (2016) is a superhero film directed by Tim Miller. It stars Ryan Reynolds as Wade Wilson, a former special forces operative turned mercenary who, after undergoing an experimental procedure, gains accelerated healing powers and adopts the alter ego Deadpool. The cast also includes Morena Baccarin, Ed Skrein, and T.J. Miller.
