"Scream 2" is a 1997 horror film directed by Wes Craven. The movie follows the return of Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) to college, where a new series of murders reminiscent of the Ghostface killer from the first film terrorizes her and her friends, including Dewey (David Arquette) and reporter Gale Weathers (Courteney Cox). As the body count rises, they must unravel the mystery behind the new killer's identity before it's too late.
