In this week's episode, I continue to talk about the Equinox. This energetic gateway which has felt so huge and readjusting for all of us.
I talk about the big, dizzying re-evaluations which keep unfolding for me and how unsettling they have felt.
I explain why right now, my world feels like a house of cards - all could collapse at any moment. This is an uncomfortable feeling which eases as I surrender to this possibility.
We try to confine our own worlds out of fear, but we still fill our spaces right to the very edges. This is because we are beings of light & energy and we are meant to expand! We were not intended to be boxed up and restricted.
Our energy needs to flow, and light needs to shine!
And if it cannot, we will feel the restriction at a core level.
Allowing the release & the crumbling, embracing your fragility, your vulnerability and exposing your soft underbelly is more than OK!
Because, sometimes we don't have it all figured out. Sometimes we pursue a path and we convince ourself that this is where we are meant to be. But deep down we know it isn't right.
