Before we start believing new things and thinking new thoughts, the first step is to become aware of what we already believe.
Next, we need to practice, on purpose, thinking new thoughts that will serve us.

In this week’s episode, I explore how to believe something that we don’t yet believe, and share some of my useful thoughts that I practice in my daily life.

You are welcome to adopt some of these thoughts or come up with your own thoughts to believe that feel true and support you on the way to your goals and dreams, and the version of yourself you want to become!
