- Fill your cup first. You only can give from the overflow.

- Say no & set boundaries.
- Fall in love with your own journey.
- Take responsibility for meeting your needs.
- Let people judge.
- Do your inner work.
- Create your own peace.
TTM #7 BE SELFISH - SELF INQUIRY
- What is your definition of ‘selfish’?
- How does it feel when your cup is not full?
- Do you notice when your cup is not full & how do you deal with it?
- How much sleep/rest do you need, what is your fuel in terms of nutrition, what energizes you, what depletes you, and how much time do you need to spend with yourself and with things that bring you joy? How much time do you want to spend with your friends, and family? What is the best morning and evening routine that would set you up for success?
- Are you expecting somebody else to provide you with what you need? What is it & what do you do to get it/when you cannot get it?
- What do you actually deserve?
- Do you need to say ‘NO’ more often? If you could say ‘NO’ more often, who would you say it to, and why? Why aren’t you doing it now?
- Are you worried about people thinking you are selfish?
- How much time do you spend alone/with yourself? How much time do you want to spend with yourself?
