Every restoration marketer I ever met tell me they hate making prospect phone calls. The fact is, what they hate is - feeling foolish by noy saying the right things, and the fear of rejection. Let's face it...we ALL hate rejection.
Too often, marketers tell me "one of the reasons I don't use the phone is because nobody answers their phone anymore." Another excuse: "Im way better in person, doing a face-to-face."
It's illogical to expect someone to answer their phone if it doesn't ring!
