Here's my thoughts to the question about Quality over Quantity. 

We’ve all heard some version of this old joke: put ten experts in a room and you’ll get eleven different points of view. And it’s largely true – in part because each human being has his or her own perspective. 

What we have learned in the restoration "route-marketing" world is that quality always pays big dividends. (We have coached marketers in the restoration arena that are producing well over $1 million a year in disaster projects. And yes, we have some well over $2 million.
