The world of Commercial Real Estate is getting interesting! It's time to start taking notice of what's going on in the world of finance and commercial real estate. Defaults by the largest players in the industry can be a sign of near future events coming our way. The recent defaults by Blackstone, the world's largest commercial real estate owner and Evergrande, China's biggest CRE developer are signs of cracks in the system. It's time to pay attention and be prepared so you can benefit from what's coming down the road.
