One of the first things you have to do when you first start investing in real estate is to shake off the shackles of your employee mindset and adopt an investor mindset. It's a requirement if you ever want to be successful as a full time real estate investor and leave your job.
As with any career or business choice, your mindset can make you a successful leader in the field or make you a complete failure. The choice really is yours to make.
