Is there really such a thing as Good Debt and Bad Debt or is all debt bad? Many financial and real estate "influencers" out there have strong opinions and sometimes some pretty heated disagreements on that topic. Even considering what's happening and what's about to happen in the world of real estate finance I think one side of this debate is 100 percent wrong.
