who else has fell off their routine lately? I know I did, but I am slowly trying to get back into my schedule. its hard, stuff happens but it's okay as long as we are acknowledging
it and trying to do something about it. don't pressure yourself because, from experience, that only makes it worse. always be kind to yourself and don't put so much on your plate. focus on one thing at a time, that’s how you’ll stay organized and get it all done.
