Description

Let me know what you loved about the episode!

For this week's episode I have learnt all about the Winter Solstice and what it represents.

It is a celebration of both dark and light.

As the days reach their shortest, embrace the darkness that sits within you. It's a time to embrace this darkness, and decide what you're ready to let go of.

After this day, the sun is reborn, and the days get longer once more. Once you've let go of the things you're ready to say goodbye to, it's time to welcome in new beginnings.
