I've always known how important it was to speak up. I mean, come on, it's only logical. And I've spent most of my life being logical. But I'm also really driven to help you build your confidence and embrace your badassery. And part of the journey to help you comes from me speaking up and sharing MY journey with you. I think it will help you along the way, because you'll see bits and pieces of yourself in each episode.
So this episode is all about me speaking up, and sharing my truth, and my journey. Because a BIG part of my journey IS speaking up and being honest, even when it's hard.
And it's about helping you understand WHY speaking up yourself is so hard, but why it's so important. I'm here to give you the WHY, so YOU can figure out your OWN how.
