Whew! That should give you a convenient opportunity to watch one of the several films we'll be screening for your Holiday enjoyment.
Onto the three items then:
I: We have our popular Holiday Cards back on-sale. You can load up a gift card with any amount and use as a terrific stocking stuffer for that hard to shop for person on your list. Ask Cherry, Kerry or myself for one (or more) at the register.
II: Remember, as mentioned above, EVERY Tuesday is Senior Tuesday, where not only do Seniors (62 and above on this day) receive our best discounted price ($9.00) but we also screen in open caption format (when available). Open Captioned is movie-speak for subtitled. And I'll tell you what, it REALLY helps with films like our current smash hit, The Banshees of Inisherin, where I have predicted an Oscar for the phenomenal Colin Ferell. And what better way to enjoy this dark Irish tale than with a pint of our local answer to the classic Guiness stout, Battle Point Stout from Bainbridge Brewing. I have gone on record as suggesting that BPS is superior to arguably the most popular beer in the world. Try one and taste for yourself, I'll also guarantee that you'll never find a more appropriate film to pair it with.
III: Our annual poster sale is back on. All those cool posters you've seen hanging outside or in the hallway are now available for a mere $5 donation to our Renovation fund. Get 'em while they last. One step further, I will use my woodworking connections to frame one up for you! Just pick out the poster of your choice (my personal fave was The Duke) and I'll have it custom framed for you IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS!!! (if you act quick). I am working on a spreadsheet listing all the selections and hop to have it ready tomorrow.
All for today folks, hope to see you one day this week at the HLT. Cheers
Kevin
