Out of Darkness is set about 45,000 years ago and is the story of small group of early humans trying to find new land to settle. On their journey, they discover they are not alone and believe they are being terrorized by some unidentified monster.
Ryan and Mark give this film a 7 and 8, respectively. They both recommend seeing it.
The movie makes some subtle suggestions about human origins and related culture. There is a lot of insight you can get from this movie if you pay close attention and if you know a little about what scientist say about the origins of humanity.
