Sam Schaefer is a Personal Trainer of 10 years, 5 x world record holder in the Scottish Highlander Games, kick boxer, and elective BK amputee. Sam was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and lived with constant pain for over 9 years and had to navigate the decision to electively amputate his left leg while dealing with significant resistance from his health care providers. Since his years of enduring consistent pain and successful elective amputation, Sam is dedicated to teaching / coaching others how to overcome these obstacles leveraging the mental tools he acquired in his journey. Sam's main message is "You choose who you are, so choose wisely!".
