Did you know that setting boundaries will allow you to use less energy to constantly keep processing the same triggers and internal processes? And that it also allows the other person to do inner work and learn about themselves?
Joined this week by the amazing Charles Myssy.
Charles is the co-founder and shadow work facilitator of TRIBR, an online holistic health program with a focus on healing trauma in a safe and supportive community.
He’s also the co-founder and lead drummer of Bondi Sunset Music, a sober ecstatic tribal dance party aimed at reconnecting people through dance and music.
For over 10 years Charles has guided thousands of people into personal life changing breakthroughs.
In this episode we dive into shadow work, people pleasing and setting boundaries.
People pleasing is still something I personally tend to end up in. It’s still a journey for me.
So in this episode we use myself as an example to show you how to go deeper with this work.
I’m so excited to share this one with you. Charles is an amazing space holder with so much wisdom, and what I really love about Charles is that he also brings in humor to all of this.
Even if doing deep inner work can be very challenging, it helps to bring in laughter and silliness into it 😜
