So excited to guide you through a 2023 intention setting meditation with journaling prompts ✨
 
The meditation itself is a way to get you into a more relaxed, joyful grounded state  before you start journaling.
 
And you can find the journaling prompts in the show notes so I recommend that you have those + a notebook and a pen ready so you can just dive in right after the meditation 🙂
 
I prefer setting intentions and not specific  new year promises…I feel like they become quite rigid and just put a lot of pressure on you. Plus are usually challenging to stick with 😜
 
What I do and what I invite you to do is to set intentions based on how you want to feel in 2023. How you want to act. Things you wish to manifest.

Maybe it’s that you want to feel more at ease and take things a bit less seriously?
Manifest in a new job that supports you in feeling more at ease?

Whatever feels good and true to you. Trust in that. This is not for anyone else but you.

And you deserve to feel happy, at ease, in harmony, and live a life that feels good to you.
