I will be coaching you on why we overeat, discussing the important brain science research from one of my favorite Maesters in this area, Dr. Susan Pierce-Thompson.

I discuss how eating too much sugar and flour over time makes it so that insulin blocks our hormones leptin and ghrelin from working and I piece it all together like a puzzle.
