This week, we are focusing on the “The Food Thing”, or the "eating thing". The idea of what clean eating is and the four types of eating. I will also talk about the Maesters, Fauja Singh and Dr. Joel Fuhrman. I will discuss what I have taken from Dr. Fuhrman’s teachings around his concepts of GBOMBS and eating foods with omega 3 fatty acids. I will also share what I eat in this episode.   

Fauja Singh is so inspirational because he leads by example. The example of redefining our limits.  I truly hope that you that you know that it is never too late to reach your Project Weight loss goals, no matter the weight, no matter the age, no matter what others think.  Have a beautiful week.
