Not only is the landscape in Ireland and Galicia a bit similar but the music is ... I heard a bagpipe in Santiago de Compostela I think its called the Galician gaita which sounds not so dissimilar to the Irish Uilleann pipes.
This is a tune which was written in Spain and reflects that Irish/Galicia link - it also reflects a little of the cross string playing of Pierre Bensusan and in particular his piece the Last Pint.
